Crédit Agricole CIB in Madrid seeks a finance analyst to participate in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions.

You will screen potential transactions, perform debt capacity analysis, and prepare pitches and internal credit documentation for review by stakeholders.

The role also covers transaction follow-up, analyzing periodic financial information and preparing internal notes on performance and profitability of projects and companies.

Formación

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Strong financing and analytical skills.
• Accounting principles and international accounting standards.
• Hard worker and team player.
• High communications skills: verbally and written.
• High learning capacity (and willingness)

Responsabilidades

• Participation in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions.
• Screen potential transactions
• Perform debt capacity analysis
• Produce pitches and review relevant company information
• Prepare all internal credit documentation.
• Strong involvement in transaction follow-up activity
• Analyze of periodic financial information
• Prepare internal notes to review the performance of the Project/Company
• Prepare all internal credit follow-up process, including rating assessment and profitability calculation.
