Crédit Agricole CIB in Madrid is seeking a finance professional to participate in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions. You will screen potential deals, perform debt capacity analysis and prepare pitches with review of company information.

You will be involved in internal credit documentation, follow-up activities, and rating/profitability assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality credit solutions.

Formación

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Strong financing and analytical skills.
• Fluent English; French valuable.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions.
• Screen potential transactions and perform debt capacity analysis.
• Prepare pitches and review relevant company information; prepare internal credit documentation.
• Follow-up on transactions with analysis of periodic financial information.
• Prepare internal notes reviewing performance of the Project/Company.
• Conduct rating assessment and profitability calculations for credit follow-up.
