Role Description The Real Estate Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ciutadella. The consultant advises clients on buying and selling residential properties, conducts property viewings, and manages the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. Daily tasks include prospecting and acquiring new listings, preparing marketing materials, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role involves building long-term client relationships, providing detailed market insights, and ensuring a high level of service and discretion throughout all negotiations. The consultant is expected to represent the Engel & Völkers brand professionally, contribute to office targets, and actively participate in ongoing training and internal knowledge exchange.
