HIP is the leading investor in leisure hotels in southern Europe, with more than 22,000 rooms located in the top tourist destinations of Spain, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

We are looking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and well-organized, with a background in audit or due diligence, and will support the strategic management of the Real Estate department. This role will be instrumental in defining performance indicators, reporting, and analytical materials to support executive-level decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and develop departmental reporting frameworks.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor departmental objectives, including capex execution, industrial safety status, risk assessments, licensing status, etc.
  • Create dashboards to measure departmental performance.
  • Prepare materials for the Executive Committee, shareholders, and other internal departments.
  • Participate in committees and meetings with department heads and members of the Executive Board.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and methodical in work execution.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable handling and managing large volumes of numerical data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in both Spanish and English.
