Joyrney Real Estate in Marbella (La Heredia, Benahavís) seeks an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our boutique agency and strengthen connections with UK, US and other English-speaking markets.

You will guide international buyers and sellers through the property journey, from first contact to negotiations and completion, using our portfolio, off-market opportunities and network across the Costa del Sol. This role emphasizes relationship-building and a proactive, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency.
• Experience with British, American or other international clients.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate sector.
• Based in or around Marbella.
• Comfortable working with international and high-end clients.
• Proactive, independent and commercially minded.
• Personable, professional and relationship-driven.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Has a driver’s licence and access to a car.
• Willing to contribute to and grow with a boutique agency.
• Spanish language is a big plus.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our boutique agency in La Heredia, Benahavís, and strengthen our connection with clients from the UK, USA and other English-speaking markets.

The role:

You'll guide international buyers and sellers throughout their property journey, from the first conversation and property search to viewings, negotiations and completion.

You'll have access to our own portfolio, off-market opportunities and an extensive network of collaborating agencies across the Costa del Sol, while also actively developing your own network and client base.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has native-level English proficiency
• Has experience working with British, American or other international clients
• Has at least 1 year of experience in the real estate sector
• Is based in or around Marbella
• Is confident working with international and high-end clients
• Is proactive, independent and commercially minded
• Is personable, professional and relationship-driven
• Has strong communication and negotiation skills
• Has a driver's licence and access to a car
• Wants to actively contribute to and grow with a boutique agency
• Speaks Spanish, a big plus

An existing network within the UK, US or other English-speaking markets would be a strong advantage.
