Joyrney Real Estate in Marbella is seeking a German-speaking Real Estate Agent to serve international clients from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will guide buyers and sellers through the property journey, leveraging our portfolio, off-market opportunities and partner network across Costa del Sol.

The ideal candidate speaks German and English fluently, has at least 1 year in real estate, and is based in or around Marbella, Estepona or Benahavís.

We’re looking for an experienced German-Speaking Real Estate Agent to join our boutique agency in La Heredia, Benahavís, and strengthen our connection with clients from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the wider German-speaking market.

For us, it’s not just about speaking the language. We value someone who understands how to communicate with German-speaking clients, build trust and guide them confidently through the process of buying or selling property in Spain.

The role:

You’ll guide international buyers and sellers throughout their property journey, from the first conversation and property search to viewings, negotiations and completion.

You’ll have access to our own portfolio, off-market opportunities and an extensive network of collaborating agencies across the Costa del Sol, while also actively developing your own network and client base within German-speaking markets.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Speaks German and English fluently
• Has experience working with German-speaking clients or markets
• Has at least 1 year of experience in the real estate sector
• Is based in or around Marbella, Benahavís or Estepona
• Is confident working with international and high-end clients
• Is proactive, independent and commercially minded
• Is personable, professional and relationship-driven
• Has strong communication and negotiation skills
• Has a driver’s licence and access to a car
• Wants to actively contribute to and grow with a boutique agency
• Has an existing professional network within German-speaking markets, a strong plus
• Speaks Spanish, a big plus!
