HusmanHagberg Spain is seeking an experienced real estate agent who thrives in a fast-paced coastal market. You will identify buyers, maintain ongoing contact with buyers and sellers, and manage new properties for sale, using your initiative to craft creative solutions.

You should be comfortable working on-site with flexible hours to match viewing schedules. A driving license and your own car are important, and fluency in English and Swedish is expected; additional languages are a plus.

Are you an experienced real estate agent living permanently on Costa del Sol, looking for an agency with colleagues and a management that cares and want to help you succeed?

As a Real Estate Agent Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Identify and contacting buyers that want to buy their dreamhome and/or want to invest in a property.
• You will have ongoing contact with both buyers and sellers, and you will be responsible for identifying and managing new properties to be sold.
• Enjoys creating long-term customer relationships and is used to work fast.
• Have the ability to take your own initiative and enjoy working independently, while being able to offer creative solutions.
• Flexible working hours, when the customer is available for a viewing, you need to be on site of the property.

Who We Are Looking For

• We are looking for you who are an experienced and driven real estate agent, love sales and to do business.
• The ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions are key attributes for success in this position.
• You have a driving license and your own car, speak more or less fluently English and Swedish.
• If you are fluent in third language like Dutch, German, French, Danish, Finish or Polish it is an advantage.
• Previous experience within the real estate business on this coast and a proven track record of sales is a huge advantage.
