Svensk Fastighetsförmedling is expanding in Spain and seeks a passionate real estate agent to join our Málaga office. The role involves acquiring properties and clients, listing properties with all documents, and guiding buyers and sellers through the process.

The candidate should be fluent in Swedish and English, have strong Spanish skills, reside in Málaga, and possess real estate experience along with a driver’s license and CRM proficiency.

Formación

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Very good knowledge in Spanish.
• Residence in Málaga or the surrounding areas with good local knowledge.
• Previous experience in real estate and/or property brokerage.
• Driver's license and good driving skills.
• High digital proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit.
