HusmanHagberg Spain is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to connect buyers with dream homes and investment opportunities along the Costa del Sol. You will manage ongoing client contact, identify new properties, and cultivate lasting relationships with speed and initiative.

The role rewards a freelance commission structure, supports a strong office network, and offers access to a large client database. Fluency in English and Swedish is expected; other languages are a plus.

Formación

• Experience in real estate sales on the coast is a huge advantage.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is preferred; other languages are a plus.
• Must have a driving license and own car.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and contacting buyers that want to buy their dreamhome and/or want to invest in a property.
• Ongoing contact with buyers and sellers, and manage new properties to be sold.
• Build long-term customer relationships and work quickly.
• Take initiative and work independently, offering creative solutions.
• Flexible working hours; on-site property viewings when customers are available.

As a Real Estate Agent Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Identify and contacting buyers that want to buy their dreamhome and/or want to invest in a property.
• You will have ongoing contact with both buyers and sellers, and you will be responsible for identifying and managing new properties to be sold.
• Enjoys creating long-term customer relationships and is used to work fast.
• Have the ability to take your own initiative and enjoy working independently, while being able to offer creative solutions.
• Flexible working hours, when the customer is available for a viewing, you need to be on site of the property

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who are an experienced and driven real estate agent, love sales and to do business.

• The ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions are key attributes for success in this position.
• You have a driving license and your own car, speak more or less fluently English and Swedish. If you are fluent in third language like Dutch, German, French, Danish, Finish or Polish it is an advantage.
• Previous experience within the real estate business on this coast and a proven track record of sales is a huge advantage.
