Dils Lucas Fox in Maresme seeks a Real Estate Agent to join our international team in Alella. You will source and list properties in Maresme, build a network of property owners, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Fluency in English and Spanish and strong negotiation skills are essential.

You will work with an international team, receive extensive training, and enjoy a modern, multicultural work environment with career development opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in the real estate sector, preferably residential.
• In-depth knowledge of Maresme's residential market and prime areas.
• Business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Source and list properties for sale in Maresme's prime residential areas.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a network of owners.
• Verify documentation and sign mediation agreements while following policy.
• Build client relationships and communicate proactively with buyers and sellers.
• Handle the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post‑completion.
• Keep CRM updated with client requirements and activities.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share market knowledge and opportunities.

Main responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of Maresme and its prime residential areas in order to source and list properties for sale in target locations.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop a strong network of property owners across the area.
• Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with property owners while ensuring company commission policy is in place.
• Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring proactive communication with buyers and sellers.
• Deal with allocated clients from initial contact through negotiation, completion and post-completion of sales transactions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, providing constructive and creative solutions to successfully close deals.
• Keep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and aligned with commercial activity.
• Work closely with the wider team to share market knowledge, opportunities and potential clients.

Requirements

• Strong previous experience in the real estate sector , preferably within residential sales.
• Specific and in-depth knowledge of Maresme's residential market and its prime areas .
• In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes.
• Advanced English and Spanish .
• Additional languages will be highly valued.
• Professional, good presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results.
• Financially and results-oriented, with a strong commercial mindset.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of an international team.
• Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude .
• Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.
• Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to working with demanding national and international clients.
