Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freelance Real Estate Agent based in Murcia or Marbella. The agent will be responsible for listing properties, marketing, conducting showings, and assisting clients with buying and selling transactions. The role requires providing excellent customer service and managing legal and administrative aspects of real estate transactions. The agent will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License (if working in the Valencia area)
  • Experience in real estate transactions
  • Strong sales skills in the real estate market
  • Effective multilingual communication skills are beneficial
  • Knowledge of legal and administrative procedures in real estate is a plus
  • Local area knowledge is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
