You will coordinate administrative, tax, and documentation processes related to property transactions, offering comprehensive service to predominantly international clients before and after their real estate purchases.

• Higher vocational degree in Administration and Finance or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in client-facing administrative roles.
• Solid knowledge of administrative management, property taxation, AML guidelines, and official platforms.
• Professional working proficiency in German, English, and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Managing and following up on property purchase and sale files from start to finish.
• Coordinating administrative procedures, documentation, and filings with notaries, land registries, and public authorities.
• Advising and supporting clients through the entire transaction and post-closing stages.
• Handling property-related tax procedures, including non-resident taxation, with bodies like the AEAT, ATIB, and Cadastre.
• Applying AML compliance regulations and processing tourist license applications.
• Managing and archiving both physical and digital documentation.

In this role, you will coordinate and execute administrative, tax, and documentation processes related to property transactions, offering comprehensive and personal service to predominantly international clients before and after their real estate purchase.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing and following up on property purchase and sale files from start to finish
• Coordinating administrative procedures, documentation, and filings with notaries, land registries, and public authorities
• Advising and supporting clients through the entire transaction and post-closing stages
• Handling property-related tax procedures, including non-resident taxation, with bodies like the AEAT, ATIB, and Cadastre
• Applying anti-money laundering (AML) compliance regulations and processing tourist license applications
• Managing and archiving both physical and digital documentation

What you bring to the role:

• Higher vocational degree in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or an equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in client-facing administrative roles, ideally within real estate, law firms, or tax consultancies
• Solid knowledge of administrative management, property taxation, AML guidelines, and official platforms
• Professional working proficiency in German, English, and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong customer orientation, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, discrete mindset
