You will coordinate and execute administrative, tax, and documentation tasks tied to real estate transactions while providing personalised guidance to international clients through the full pre-acquisition and post-purchase process.

Formación

• Higher vocational qualification in administration/finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles with direct client contact.
• Fluent in German, English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of real estate, tax or property administration is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute administrative, tax, and documentation tasks for real estate transactions.
• Manage real estate files and related workflows from admin to post-purchase.
• Advise and guide clients through the purchase process and post-sale care.
• Handle property-related taxes and obligations before authorities such as AEAT, ATIB, and land registry.
• Apply anti-money laundering regulations and process licenses for tourist rentals.
• Liaise with clients, notaries, registries, authorities, and external partners.
• Organize and archive documents physically and digitally.
