The King's Hospital School in Dublin is seeking a Commis Chef to join our catering team. You will assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of meals while upholding high standards of hygiene and safety.

Working as part of the kitchen team, you’ll follow menus, recipes and portion control, support daily food service and maintain a clean, safe environment. Training and ongoing development opportunities exist within Sodexo.

• Experience in a professional kitchen or catering environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP and allergen requirements is important.
• Good attention to detail and pride in food quality and presentation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are needed.

Relevant culinary training or qualifications are an advantage

Strong communication and organisational skills

A reliable, professional and team-focused approach

A willingness to learn, develop and support the wider catering team
