Job summary

The SRU-based team in Valencia supports IOM’s strategy and results through monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting. Responsibilities

• Coordinate institutional results monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting across HQ, regional and country offices.
• Provide technical guidance to align reporting with the IOM Strategic Plan and Strategic Results Framework.
• Develop and apply corporate indicators and RBM reporting methodologies.
• Support evidence-based decision-making through data analysis and portfolio assessments.
• Strengthen organizational capacity by supporting RBM processes, surveys and capacity-building initiatives.
