Santander is seeking a Rates Structuring & Client Solutions Associate in Madrid to work within Global Markets. You will price rates derivatives, prepare client pitches, and analyze market moves to develop bespoke funding and cross-asset solutions for institutional clients.

The role offers a hybrid work model with some days remote and some onsite, and requires a balance of technical pricing, regulatory understanding, and client engagement with Sales.

Formación

• Understanding of and interest in financial markets
• Experience pricing derivatives and bonds
• Finance degree or quantitative background required

Responsabilidades

• Price rates derivatives, structured notes, repacks and bespoke funding solutions
• Produce quality client pitches and presentations
• Analyze market moves and dislocations
• Understand regulatory capital and related resources for clients
• Create tools to automate pricing and monitor markets
• Engage with clients together with Sales to develop bespoke solutions
