A telecommunications company in Andalucía is seeking a professional to provide technical support for Field Engineers, focusing on Ericsson Node integrations for various technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G). The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Telecommunications Engineering and proficiency in English. This role requires coordination with field engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful integration and troubleshooting activities.

Formación

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Telecommunications Engineering.
• Experience in a managerial/supervisor role is required.
• Proficient in reading, writing & speaking of English Language.

Responsabilidades

• Providing technical support to Field Engineers for all on-the-day activities.

Role Summary:Providing technical support to Field Engineers for all on-the-day activities, Ericsson Nodes 2G/3G/4G/5G integrations of new BB and various upgrades of existing sites. Ensuring the quality of completing the activities is meeting expected standards calls/post-performance checks.Key Responsibilities:Performing remote configuration expansions as well as new site integrations of 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G for Ericsson sitesGenerating the scripts & validating the same for integrationHaving experience in Ericsson BB6630 / BB6648 /RP6631 / RP 6651 integration & troubleshootingConfiguration of RU/RRU/AIR Radio’sShould have an experience in DUW / DUG / DUS / DULShould have experience in Swap activity Carrier addition/sector addition / Technology addition / Site ModernisationConfiguration of Mixed Mode Radio’s, GPS , ENDCCommunication and synchronization between Back-office and Field Force assist in troubleshooting installation/integration problems.Configurations of External Alarms , RET , NeighborCoordinating with field engineer for Integration & TroubleshootingSupport to Field Engineer for External Alarms and Acceptance Test, RET Troubleshooting, call testsCell & Parameter configurations in BSC/RNCSoftware, License Upgrade through ENMNeed to perform Configuration, Performance & Fault Management.Coordinating with Multiple stakeholders for resolving the TXN issue, RF related issues.Coordinating with Planning & design team to resolve the design related issues
