Job Summary :

We are looking for a RAN Integration Consultant with experience in Nokia technologies to support the integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mobile network elements. The role involves remote provisioning, network optimization, and technical support for field teams. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integrations, swaps, and site upgrades, as well as efficiently resolving network issues.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deep knowledge of mobile networks and RAN infrastructure.
• Experience working with various RAN technologies in multi-vendor environments.
• Proficiency with NMS provisioning protocols (e.g., SNMP, XML) and scripting tools for automating repetitive configuration tasks.
• Expertise in site integration, upgrades, and equipment swaps with Nokia and / or Ericsson.
• Advanced knowledge of Nokia and / or Ericsson Network Management Systems (NMS).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues following the remote implementation of network services.
• Provide technical support to field technicians during integration and troubleshooting, ensuring base stations operate correctly.
• Perform testing and validation of pilot solutions before large-scale implementation.
• Ensure timely creation, updating, and resolution of tickets related to network incidents.
• Remote provisioning, activation, and deactivation of network elements and features.
• Regular monitoring and optimization of network performance.

Requirements :

• Advanced knowledge of Nokia technologies.
• Experience in RAN integration, remote provisioning, and network management.
• Proficiency in scripting tools and NMS protocols.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
