Job summary

IDOM is seeking a RAMS Specialist to join its Rail & Transit team in Madrid, Bilbao, or Barcelona. You will contribute to national and international projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to push boundaries and develop skills daily.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in railway RAMS, strong analytical and reporting abilities, fluent English, and familiarity with interoperability (TSI). IDOM offers flexibility, remote work options, and a clear path toward partnership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering related to RAMS.
• At least 3 years in railway RAMS engineering or related fields.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) spoken and written.
• Familiar with interoperability (TSI).

We are looking for a RAMS Specialist to join the team of Rail & Transit in our offices in Madrid, Bilbao or Barcelona.

ABOUT YOU

• You hold a degree in Civil, Industrial, or similar Engineering, as long as it relates to the areas of responsibility. A Master's or Postgraduate degree specifically related to RAMS management in railway projects will be valued.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in the railway RAMS engineering sector, railway inspection, interoperability, or Regulation 402 (Common Safety Methods). Previous experience in the railway sector and RAMS activities is a plus.
• You have fluent English (minimum level B2/C1, spoken and written); other languages will be valued.
• You are familiar with interoperability (TSI).
• You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in report writing.
• You are a team player with autonomy, flexibility, technical rigor, and an international mindset.
