Job summary

IDOM is seeking a Junior Architectural Technical Engineer for our Bilbao office. You will participate in project stages and supervise construction execution for complex buildings such as stadiums, hospitals, offices and transport hubs.

You will collaborate on national and international projects within a multidisciplinary team and use the latest technologies to push your boundaries. Ideal candidates have Building Engineering or Technical Architecture background, with a Master’s in PM/BIM valued,

Qualifications

• Studied Building Engineering or Technical Architecture with a strong academic record.
• A Master’s degree in PM, BIM, or Construction Management will be valued.
• Knowledge of BIM (Revit), CAD, MS Project, Presto Arquímedes.
• Knowledge of Revit-BIM and design software such as Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project stages and oversee construction execution for complex buildings.
• Contribute to stadiums, arenas, hospitals, R&D centers, offices, metro/rail stations, airports and hotels.
• Join national and international projects in a multidisciplinary team and embrace latest tech and best practices.

ABOUT THE JOB

Technical Architect or Building Engineer for our Buildings Area at our Bilbao offices. You will participate in the project stages, as well as in the supervision and management of construction execution, for highly complex building projects such as stadiums, arenas, hospitals, R&D centers, office buildings, metro and railway stations, airports, and hotels.

ABOUT YOU

Apply if you…

• Have studied Building Engineering or Technical Architecture and have a strong academic record. A Master’s degree in Project Management, BIM, or Construction Management will be valued.
• You ou have knowledge of BIM (Revit), CAD, MS Project, Presto and/or CYPE Arquímedes.
• You have knowledge of Revit-BIM.
• You are proficient in design and conceptualisation software, such as Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe applications including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.Are a team player with technical excellence.
