IDOM is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to join its railway systems team. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to design and implement high-quality telecommunications solutions across projects.

The role covers defining technology projects, overseeing implementation, and delivering the full lifecycle of telecommunications initiatives, with opportunities for international collaboration and career development.

Formación

• University degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
• English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent; a second language (French or German) would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Work with multidisciplinary teams and clients to design and implement telecommunications and ICT solutions.
• Define and design technology projects addressing client needs and oversee their implementation through full project lifecycle.
• Contribute to a flexible, trusting working environment and participate in international projects.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Telecommunications Engineer to join our railway systems team. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and clients to ensure the successful implementation of high-quality telecommunications solutions.

You will join a multidisciplinary team where you will play a key role in project development, identifying and analysing project requirements and designing solutions.

You will be responsible for defining and designing technology projects that address each client’s operational needs, with the opportunity to oversee their implementation, thereby completing the full lifecycle of telecommunications projects.

Furthermore, you’ll gain a broad overview of different businesses and technologies in a flexible and trusting working environment.

• A university degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
• Training in railway systems would be an advantage.
• A high level of English (C1 level or equivalent). A second language (French or German) would be an advantage.
• An interest in working on telecommunications and ICT solutions projects, carrying out engineering, consultancy and/or supervision tasks on projects to roll out communications and/or security services and solutions.
• The ability to work independently and an innovative mindset.
