IDOM is recruiting a Project Controls Engineer for the Buildings division, based in Madrid or Bilbao. You will participate in national and international projects as part of a multidisciplinary team, gaining exposure to latest technologies and best practices while supporting schedules, costs and performance control.

You will work with cross-functional teams, produce dashboards and executive reports, and leverage Primavera P6 and Power BI to drive project success. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Engineering or architecture degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in building projects with cross-functional support across a portfolio of projects.
• Proven ability to produce executive reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI and cost control systems.
• Team player with technical excellence and independence, with an innovative mindset.
• Advanced level of English.
• Attracted by a multinational company like IDOM.

ABOUT YOU

Apply if you…

• Have completed a degree in an engineering- or architecture-related field.
• Have more than 10 years of experience in building projects and are able to provide cross-functional support across a portfolio of projects through integrated schedule, cost, risk and performance control.
• Have proven experience in multi-project environments and the ability to produce executive reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Are Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI and cost control systems.
• Are a team player with technical excellence.
• Can work independently with a flair for innovation.
• Do have an advanced level of English.
