Alstom in Madrid seeks a full-time Project Contract Manager to lead contract/claim management, risk mitigation, and leadership across project teams. You will analyze contracts, issue timely notices, monitor obligations, and deliver training on contract management to finance, engineering, and sourcing stakeholders.

The role requires 2–3 years in contract/claim management (preferably in industrial or railway projects) and a degree in a relevant field.

Formación

• 2-3 years of Contract/Claim Management experience (preferred)/Project Management, mainly in the industrial sector.
• Experience in railway projects is a plus.
• Educational background aligned to law, engineering, finance, economics or business.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze contracts to build and drive contract/claim management strategies and risk mitigation.
• Monitor contract obligations and ensure timely notices and communications.
• Provide training on contract/claim management to key stakeholders across project teams.
• Maintain reliable contractual and commercial analysis on demand for management.
