Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of BIM modelling/coordination experience.
• Hands-on Bentley software experience, especially MicroStation and OpenBuildings Designer.
• Experience using Bentley ProjectWise for document management.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to work with remote, distributed teams.
• Experience supervising BIM modelers.
• English proficiency at C1 level (full professional).

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery by ensuring effective BIM modelling and coordination across disciplines.
• Develop and manage 3D models from scratch using Bentley tools.
• Organise and participate in BIM coordination meetings with other disciplines.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of other BIM modelers.
• Collaborate with remote teams and ensure effective communication.
• Work with engineers throughout the design process and contribute to deliverables.
• Identify issues early and propose practical solutions.
