Right now, we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our GUT Studio at Globant! Globant Create is Globant's creative, digital marketing, advertising, and media studio. The studio specializes in orchestrating all marketing areas through the intensive use of AI and data. Our mission is to help solve business challenges by generating the best results for our clients.

You will get the chance to:

  1. Drive effective digital marketing strategies and optimize paid media channels and investment to achieve business goals.
  2. Collaborate and manage all resources to ensure the fulfillment of the client's digital performance marketing goals through CRO, SEO, and Data strategies.
  3. Manage the business and deliver the service proposition to clients, overseeing the end-to-end management of the digital performance business.
  4. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for client development, providing support to the sales team in proposals, presentations, and client management.
  5. Lead and motivate the team based on client objectives and culture.
  6. Define a paid media 360 strategy for both regular and new business: Briefing definition, Research, Strategy, Tactics, Media Planning, Set up, Definition and measurement of KPIs, Analytics, reporting, optimization learnings & insights, and Billing.
  7. Manage strategic relationships with partners and publishers.
  8. Collaborate on digital performance products and solutions offered to clients.
  9. Evaluate and implement new tools in the digital ecosystem to enhance digital sales: ad serving, attribution, call tracking, reporting, IA, etc.

What will help you succeed:

  1. Advanced English skills are a must.
  2. Experience managing accounts, clients, and projects in digital marketing agencies, digital business consultancies, contact centers, or similar environments.
  3. Experience as a supervisor or team lead is a plus.
  4. Knowledge of digital marketing, lead management, marketing automation, and performance marketing is a plus.
  5. Advantageous knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, SEO, SEM strategies, and social media ads (LinkedIn, Meta, Tik Tok): understanding these channels as lead sources is a plus.
