About the RoleWe are currently looking for a

Senior Optimisation Engineer

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the optimisation of multi-vendor 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G networks, ensuring alignment with customer-defined quality objectives.You will work on advanced deployments involving 5G, Open RAN, and next-gen technologies, contributing to cost reduction, KPI improvements, and operational networkexcellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop radio optimisation plans for specific network areasProactively investigate and resolve network incidentsManage radio capacity and escalate growth requirementsCoordinate data-build deliveries with cross-functional teamsAnalyse network statistics, drive test reports, and define improvement actionsManage technical escalations, customer complaints, and VIP casesSupport product capacity testing and feature launchesProvide technical support to corporate accountsIdentify faults, create trouble tickets, and collaborate with OperationsApply frequency planning, scrambling codes, and PCI planning effectively

Technical Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in radio optimisation across multi-vendor environmentsHands-on experience with at least two major vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung)Proficient in tools such as Atoll, NetAct, ENM, iBwaveDeep knowledge of air interface parameters, antennas, and propagation modelsStrong analytical and technical decision-making skillsUniversity degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or similarHigh level of English (minimum B2 / C1)
