Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in radio optimisation across multi-vendor environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least two major vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung).
• High level of English (minimum B2/C1).

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Optimisation Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the optimisation of multi-vendor 2G/3G/4G/5G networks, ensuring alignment with customer-defined quality objectives.

You will work on advanced deployments involving 5G, Open RAN, and next-gen technologies, contributing to cost reduction, KPI improvements, and operational network

Key Responsibilities

• Develop radio optimisation plans for specific network areas
• Proactively investigate and resolve network incidents
• Manage radio capacity and escalate growth requirements
• Coordinate data-build deliveries with cross-functional teams
• Analyse network statistics, drive test reports, and define improvement actions
• Manage technical escalations, customer complaints, and VIP cases
• Support product capacity testing and feature launches
• Provide technical support to corporate accounts
• Identify faults, create trouble tickets, and collaborate with Operations
• Apply frequency planning, scrambling codes, and PCI planning effectively

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in radio optimisation across multi-vendor environments
• Hands-on experience with at least two major vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung)
• Proficient in tools such as Atoll, NetAct, ENM, iBwave
• Deep knowledge of air interface parameters, antennas, and propagation models
• Strong analytical and technical decision-making skills
• University degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or similar
• High level of English (minimum B2/C1)
