Job Description:

Join us on our exciting journey! We are recruiting a new team member for our Madrid Center of Excellence office. We are looking for a Data Analyst with knowledge of statistical programming (SAS preferred) and fluency in German. You will work in the Real-World Solutions (RWS) department within the regional business unit, comprising over 80+ data analysts and consultants in real-world evidence, epidemiology, market access, and health economics.

As part of a project team, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing strategic analyses (recurrent and ad hoc) to derive trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations on qualitative and quantitative data, including longitudinal patient and prescription datasets.
• Evaluating secondary data on markets, physicians, pharmacists, patients, and competitive products.
• Collaborating closely with top pharma clients' business intelligence units.
• Creating reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.

Qualifications include:

• Degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, (bio)informatics, mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, or a similar field.
• Relevant experience in data analysis, biostatistics, or epidemiology, with excellent knowledge of at least one statistical programming language.
• Programming in SAS or knowledge of healthcare data analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in German and English for client communication.
• Team player with ability to work independently and organize tasks within a project.

Additional appreciated skills include SAS programming, SQL, database studies, experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, and big data.
