Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical leadership and direction for assigned engineering and technological projects.
• Capture, analyze, and manage customer and program requirements to support ConOps and product specs.
• Select, propose, and approve key technologies; run trade studies and concurrent development options to meet milestones.
• Define and maintain the technical WBS, development schedules, and risk management plans to deliver on time, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, CoCs, and external partners across all project phases.
• Monitor technical progress and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Manage maturity gates (TRL/RL) and escalate risks and opportunities.
• Serve as central engineering contact for internal functions and external stakeholders.
• Assist in approving and monitoring engineering budgets and resource availability.
• Lead engineering proposal generation, including SoW and effort estimations.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering efficiency through agile practices and governance.
