Qualifications

• Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering is required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical leadership for engineering projects.
• Capture and manage customer and program requirements to support ConOps and specs.
• Define and maintain WBS, schedules, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners across all phases.
• Monitor progress and drive timely issue resolution.
• Manage maturity gates, risks and escalations.
• Lead proposal generation, SoW and effort estimations.
• Drive continuous improvement through agile governance.
