We are looking for a R&I Process Senior Manager who will validate new recipes at pilot scale and propose a robust upscaling solution, guarantee successful implementation at industrial level and optimize manufacturing processes, tackling products superiority and operational performance.

Your main responsibilities will focus on:

• Develop comprehensive training plans for new users in R&I and other relevant areas.
• Collaborate with R&I and regulatory teams to identify and propose optimal definitions for products and ingredients.
• Work with UX and IDDC to establish detailed validation plans for every new recipe.
• Validate pilot trial designs, ensure successful execution, and develop robust alternatives that can be easily scaled up for industrial production.
• Drive team growth by integrating and leveraging all knowledge gained during validation and implementation phases to continuously optimize processes and enhance efficiency in handling new cases.
• Establish connections and ensure alignment within the EU R&I community, including IDDC, UX, and AT.
• Ensure freedom to operate for the proposed new solutions.
• Safeguard new developments through patents and trade secrets protection.

About You

To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:

• Education: Food technology background, especially at milk cracking.
• Experience: More than 5 years in the food industry and leading high expertise teams.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Skills: Collaboration, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Availability to travel between 40% to 50% of the time.
