Eviden is searching for a R&D Software Engineer to join our dynamic R&D MLOps Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of information and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and document software to introduce new features in an AI/MLOps software platform.
2. Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements, such as cybersecurity, maintainability, and performance.
3. Integrate and deploy open-source AI applications (e.g., Kubeflow, MLFlow, vLLM) using Docker and Kubernetes.
4. Set up and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with GitHub Actions.
5. Write unit and integration tests to ensure high software quality.
6. Review and provide feedback on Pull Requests from team members.
7. Develop use-case examples (e.g., Generative AI, Computer Vision) to showcase platform capabilities.
8. Prepare technical reports to document progress.

Education

1. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience

1. 3+ years of experience in Python or Go programming.
2. 3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes.
3. Proficiency with version control tools like Git or GitLab.
4. Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
5. Advanced expertise in Linux environments.

Additional Knowledge

1. Experience with Kubeflow or MLFlow.
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud or similar services.
3. Knowledge of data analytics and Machine Learning frameworks.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Good writing and presentation skills.
6. Strong personal soft skills sets: Communicative, enthusiastic, highly collaborative, proactive, self-driven.
7. Ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies quickly.

Location

• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and base in Spain mandatory.
