Board is seeking a detail‑oriented Software Engineer to join the R&D team in our Madrid office. You will contribute to the software development life cycle, collaborating with Developers and Product Managers across the platform.

In this hybrid role, you’ll design, implement and document features, translate requirements into technical specs, and ensure code quality. Fluency in English and a proactive mindset are essential to succeed at Board.

Formación

• Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Angular/AngularJs, TypeScript, HTML & CSS.
• Previous exposure to unit/integration testing.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET 4.8/Core, C#, Web API 2 and SOLID principles is preferable.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes/Docker will be considered a plus.
• Systematic approach and a keen eye for detail.
• Natural aptitude to teamwork and continuous learning.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Handle software development, evaluation and definition of specific functionalities, design and coding of components.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications for software development.
• Participate in the drafting of the structure and application design of the system.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Recommend and initiate improvements.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
