Chi Square Group in Madrid is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, and deliver innovative software solutions across a diverse set of projects. You will build scalable applications and tackle complex technical challenges with tangible impact on a fast-growing organisation.

The successful candidate will own technical projects, collaborate with business users and technical teams, and stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a globally recognised university.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, React, Rust, C# and .NET.
• Experience across Azure and AWS platforms.
• Experience in financial services or a consultancy environment is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and services.
• Take full ownership of technical projects, from stakeholder needs to delivery.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Challenge existing processes with technical and innovative thinking.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and promote high standards of software engineering.
