Eviden is searching for a R&D Software Engineer to join our dynamic R&D MLOps Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of information and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and document software to introduce new features in an AI / MLOps software platform.
• Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements, such as cybersecurity, maintainability, and performance.
• Integrate and deploy open-source AI applications (e.g., Kubeflow, MLFlow, vLLM) using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Set up and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high software quality.
• Review and provide feedback on Pull Requests from team members.
• Develop use-case examples (e.g., Generative AI, Computer Vision) to showcase platform capabilities.
• Prepare technical reports to document progress.

Education

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Python or Go programming.
• 3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git or GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI / CD.
• Advanced expertise in Linux environments.

Additional Knowledge

• Experience with Kubeflow or MLFlow.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud or similar services.
• Knowledge of data analytics and Machine Learning frameworks.
• Fluency in English.
• Good writing and presentation skills.
• Strong personal soft skills sets : Communicative, enthusiastic, highly collaborative, proactive, self-driven.
• Ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies quickly.

Location

• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and base in Spain mandatory.
• Intensive workday in summer.
