We are looking for a proactive and experienced Software Developer. We offer a position in a dynamic and international environment within our Research and Innovation department to develop your career.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and document new business software for the Advanced Computing portfolio of Eviden R&D Spain.
2. Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements such as cybersecurity, maintainability, and performance.
3. Set up and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions.
4. Write unit and integration tests to ensure high software quality.
5. Review and provide feedback on Pull Requests from team members.

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Must be a resident of or authorized to work in Spain, with no change in visa status required.

Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience:

1. 3+ years of back-end experience in Java web service programming.
2. 3+ years of experience with database modeling and query optimization (JPA).
3. Proficiency with version control tools like GitHub.
4. Expertise in Linux environments (RedHat).

Additional Knowledge:

1. 4+ years of hands-on leadership experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
2. 3+ years of experience with algorithmic optimization, such as finding the shortest path in weighted graphs.

Competencies:

1. Fluency in English (Level B2); knowledge of French is a plus.
2. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, preferably in an international environment.
3. Strong personal soft skills: communicative, enthusiastic, highly collaborative, proactive, self-driven.
4. Enthusiasm and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
