Job summary

Synthon in Spain seeks a Project Manager R&D to lead planning and prioritization of Operations within R&D according to global roll-out priorities. You will coordinate with heads of R&D, manage resources, and ensure efficient multi-project scheduling across SHIS and SBV.

The role requires a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Industry, a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or related field, and at least 5 years as a PM in pharma R&D, with strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Industry essential.
• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager in R&D (pharma).
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical skills; results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize operations within R&D according to global roll-out priorities.
• Discuss requirements with heads of R&D departments to obtain resource needs.
• Coordinate multi-project planning for SHIS with Global Director Pharmaceutical Development.
• Liaise with PjMs@SBV to determine project requirements.
• Organize manpower and equipment; maintain scheduling system daily.
