Job summary

Synthon-Hispania seeks a Project Manager R&D to lead planning and prioritization of R&D operations in alignment with global roll outs. You will coordinate requirements with heads of R&D, manage multiproject plans with the Global Director, and optimize processes for efficiency.

You will oversee manpower, equipment, scheduling, and reporting to upper management, driving Lean improvements and tool development across SHIS and SBV, while ensuring cGMP compliance and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Planning and prioritizing operations within R&D, according to the priorities set by the global R&D roll out, to ensure maximum efficiency
• Discuss requirements with heads of R&D departments at SHIS to obtain their need of resources
• Discuss and agree multiproject planning for SHIS with Global Director Pharmaceutical Development
• Liaises with PjMs@SBV to determine requirements for individual projects
• Organize manpower and equipment needed to cover the demand as a whole including commercials from pilot plant
• Maintains and manages the Scheduling System on a daily basis to support the R&D operations
• Prepares reports about processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency
• Helps to identify areas of improvement within R&D processes to be Lean and implementation
• To adapt existing tools, both in SHIS and SBV, and to develop any new tools needed to develop the work as described above
• Know, comply and enforce cGMP's regulations as well as labor and risks prevention, environment and social responsibility regulations

Job description

Reporting to the Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development, the Project Manager R&D will be responsible for:

• Planning and prioritizing operations within R&D, according to the priorities set by the global R&D roll out, to ensure maximum efficiency
• Discuss requirements with heads of R&D departments at SHIS to obtain their need of resources.
• Discuss and agree multiproject planning for SHIS with Global Director Pharmaceutical Development.
• Liaises with PjMs@SBV to determine requirements for individual projects.
• Organize manpower and equipment needed to cover the demand as a whole including commercials from pilot plant. Maintain and manage the Scheduling System on a daily basis to support the R&D operations.
• Prepares reports about processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency.
• Helps to identify areas of improvement within R&D processes to be Lean and implementation.
• To adapt existing tools, both in SHIS and SBV, and to develop any new tools needed to develop the work as described above. Any other reasonable duties falling within the scope of the position that might be identified as the position develops within Synthon R&D.
