We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management Office, responsible for managing R&D European and national projects at CIRCE and technology transfer contracts with private clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will support researchers by managing Horizon Europe and national funded projects from grant preparation to project closure, including:

• Internal coordination of involved Research Areas
• Coordination of international consortiums
• Representation before the European Commission
• Representation of CIRCE before the consortium
• Budget preparation and control
• Monitoring project progress
• Preparing project reports and reviewing deliverables
• Organizing and managing plenary meetings
• Supporting the preparation of new project proposals
• Coordinating and supporting dissemination activities
• Supporting CIRCE’s positioning, results exploitation, and internationalization

The candidate will also be involved in managing key technology transfer projects, including:

• Internal coordination of involved Research Areas
• Representation of CIRCE before clients
• Monitoring project progress
• Collaborating closely with the Market Development department
• Organizing and managing project meetings

ABOUT YOU

Industrial Engineer or similar technical background is required.

Proficient in English, at least C1 level or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position working in R&D projects, industrial projects, or related technological fields.
