About the Role :

As a worldwide market leader in airport logistics , we design and deliver cutting-edge material handling systems that power the world’s busiest hubs. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D Product Support team. In this role, you will ensure the successful translation of mechanical concepts into operational excellence on-site, playing a critical role in the transition from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site technical support during equipment installations, upgrades, and field trials
• Translate R&D mechanical designs into actionable assembly, installation, and service procedures
• Identify and resolve mechanical integration issues across manufacturing and field applications
• Serve as a key liaison between design, factory, and service teams during project rollouts
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in coordination with development
• Provide feedback to R&D based on field performance, user behavior, and manufacturing observations

Requirements :

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 6–10 years of experience in machine design, field support, or production engineering
• Proven experience working on complex mechanical assemblies
• Willingness to travel internationally (~10%)
• Excellent communication and documentation skill s
