Jobtailor, based in Barcelona, seeks an experienced R&D leader to run the Development Center and drive the ONE R&D CPI team roadmap. You will oversee strategic projects, manage budgets, mentor staff, and maintain client relationships to expand business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in R&D leadership across healthcare, homecare, food, beverage, beauty, or wellness sectors and a proven ability to align teams with sustainability goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering, materials science, biotechnology
• Minimum of 10 years in R&D, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of leading successful R&D projects and managing high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes, technology and qualification principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Experience in Healthcare, Homecare, Food, Beverage, Beauty, or Wellness sectors is highly desirable

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the R&D Development Center and technical team, aligning with innovation and sustainability goals
• Develop and execute the ONE R&D CPI team roadmap to improve efficiency, creativity, and business impact
• Maintain client relationships and expand the business
• Lead key projects to support business goals
• Monitor team metrics and ensure goals are met
• Contribute to leadership decisions and strategic planning
• Ensure adherence to Berry Safety guidelines
• Oversee R&D project execution within time, budget, and quality
• Mentor team members and promote continuous learning
