Formación

AIMEN is a multi-sector Innovation and Technology Centre that develops R&D&I activities and provides technological services to the industry in the fields of Materials, Advanced Manufacturing processes, Digitalization, and Sustainability.

Main Duties

As part of the R&D Business Development team, your tasks will include:

1. Business development related to R&D, including commercial actions with industrial companies.
2. Knowledge of regional, national or European R&D roadmaps.
3. Developing actions to attract new R&D projects through public calls at regional, national, and European levels.
4. Coordinating and supervising the preparation of R&D proposals.
5. Encouraging collaboration with universities, technology centers, and companies both nationally and internationally.
6. Participating actively in the promotion and recruitment of international research talent (CAPTAIN* Project).
7. Participating in regional, national, and European platforms related to the company's priority technologies: Transport, Energy, and Industry.
8. Contributing to the definition of exploitable results and routes for their exploitation.

Education

Higher/graduate degree in science and technology fields, preferably engineering.

Job-specific Skills

• At least 5 years of R&D experience in preparing project proposals at regional, national, or European levels.
• Extensive knowledge of R&D activities and international research talent.
• Familiarity with regional, national, and European Work Programmes.
• Previous R&D collaboration experience with companies.
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2).
• Availability to travel.
• Driving license and own vehicle.

• Master's or postgraduate training in innovation management is highly valued.
