Una importante empresa de innovación y tecnología busca un Desarrollador de Negocios para su equipo de I+D. El perfil ideal tiene un título superior en ciencias o tecnología y al menos cinco años de experiencia en preparación de proyectos de I+D. Formación

• Experiencia previa en I+D (5 años) en elaboración de propuestas de proyectos.
• Conocimiento de los programas de trabajo regionales y europeos.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.

• Desarrollo de negocio vinculado a I+D e interacción con empresas industriales.
• Coordinación y supervisión en la preparación de propuestas de I+D.
• Promoción y reclutamiento de talento de investigación internacional.

AIMEN is a multi-sector Innovation and Technology Centre that develops R&D&I activities and provides technological services to the industry in the fields of Materials, Advanced Manufacturing processes, Digitalization, and sustainability.

Be part of the R&D Business Development team your tasks will be:

• Business development linked to R&D, including commercial action with industrials companies.
• Knowledge of the regional, national or European R&D roadmaps.
• Develop actions to attract new R&D projects in public calls at regional, national and European levels.
• Coordinate and supervise the preparation of R&D proposals.
• Encourage collaboration with Universities, Technology Centers and Companies, nationally and internationally.
• Active participation in the promotion and recruitment of international research talent (CAPTAIN* Project)
• Active participation in regional, national and European platforms related to the priority technologies in which the company develops its activity: Transport, energy and Industry.…
• Participation in the definition of exploitable results and exploitation routes

Education:

• Higher/graduate degree in the field of science and technology, preferably in the field of engineering.
• Previous R&D expertise (5 years) in the preparation of R&D project proposals at regional, national or European level.
• Extensive knowledge and background in R&D activities and international research talent.
• Knowledge of the regional, national and European Work Programs.
• Previous R&D experience in collaboration with companies.
• Availability to travel.
• Driving license and own vehicle.

Desirable qualifications and skills:

• Master / Postgraduate training in innovation management will be highly valued.
• Great ability to communicate.
• Expertise and contacts within relevant sectors for the center´s activity (transport, energy and industry).
• Ability to show results.
• Ability to initiate and develop new ideas and initiatives in collaboration with external partners.
