Position: Senior Conversational Designer

We are seeking a Senior Conversational Designer capable of combining Artificial Intelligence with best UX Design practices to create agile, effective, and humanized conversational interactions. This role involves designing the entire user journey, creating intelligent and intuitive solutions across digital channels such as WhatsApp, Blipchat, Messenger, Instagram, among others.

The ideal candidate will possess creative, technical, and analytical skills, along with strong collaboration abilities, working across countries like Mexico and Brazil. Knowledge of other languages, especially English, is highly valued.

Your daily activities will include working in squads, participating in innovation initiatives, knowledge-sharing meetings, and performance tracking through interactive reports. You will:

• Gather, analyze, and apply inputs to evolve products based on client goals and user needs.
• Conduct workshops and diagnostics with clients and users for co-creation and validation.
• Design end-to-end conversational flows using UX best practices and cognitive principles (NLP, Generative AI, Regex, Fuzzy Matching).
• Model, monitor, and improve chatbot AI, maintaining brand and language consistency.
• Master the functionalities of the Blip platform and AI products.
• Create prototypes and presentations for stakeholder validation.
• Define requirements and scripts for quality testing of conversational experiences.
• Monitor metrics and generate insights for the chatbot's evolution.
• Document processes following best practices.
• Use AI to optimize workflows and support internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with non-technical teams, fostering strategic discussions and sharing learnings.

Requirements:

• Experience with research techniques, personas, and user journey mapping.
• Experience in Information Architecture, Design Thinking, and Design Systems.
• Proficiency in prototyping and usability testing.
• UX Writing skills and ability to facilitate stakeholder sessions.
• Knowledge of AI applied to chatbots, RegEx, Fuzzy Match, and experience with AI providers like Watson, LUIS, and Dialogflow.
• Understanding of conversational metrics and data analysis (SQL, Python).
• Basic prompt engineering skills.
• Interest in creative processes, user behavior, and innovation.
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma) and agile methodologies.
• Good organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in multichannel conversational interactions.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with the Blip platform.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing contexts.
• Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese.
