We're looking for a

Junior Full-Stack Developer

to join our client's growing team and learn while contributing to a modern, serverless cloud-based product.

What you'll be working onAs a Junior Full-Stack Developer, you'll be part of a small and experienced development team working in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment. You'll :

Contribute to the development of scalable web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.

Work on small, well-defined features end-to-end with guidance from senior developers.

Write and maintain Python backend services deployed on AWS Lambda using Chalice and Serverless Framework.

Interact with a MariaDB database on AWS RDS using SQLAlchemy and advanced SQL queries.

Help build and maintain front-end components using React, Redux, and Material UI.

Learn and apply clean coding principles and best practices in a collaborative environment.

Actively participate in Agile SCRUM rituals and daily standups.

Use AI tools such as Cursor and GPT to support your development tasks and learning curve.

Must-Haves

3+ years of software development experience

Eagerness to learn and work with modern cloud technologies and tools

2-3 years of experience writing Python and SQL

Experience with JavaScript and frontend frameworks (ideally React)

Understanding of web application development and REST APIs

Comfortable using Git and familiar with tools like Jira and Slack

Interest in using AI tools (Cursor, GPT) to enhance productivity

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with AWS services (e.G., Lambda, RDS, S3)

Familiarity with serverless concepts or frameworks (Chalice, Serverless)

Exposure to web scraping or automation (e.G., Selenium)

Side projects or GitHub contributions showcasing your initiative and passion

Work Setup & OfferRemote (Andalusia, Spain)

Full-time Contractor (40h / week), hourly based in USD.
