**Account Director**

**Purpose**

For this role we are looking for an expert account director with a high level of
**English** and ideally with Portuguese. If you have knowledge and experience in the Automotive Industry, it would be a plus.You will be responsible for a strategic account (an iconic car brand) and will be in charge of developing and maintaining a long-term relationship with the client. You will have to ensure a high-performance team and product aligned to a common purpose.You will have a business perspective. This person will be managing a well known international automotive client and will be responsible for ensuring the seamless process between the client and the internal teams.



This individual will be responsible for being part of a diverse and fast paced set of projects from beginning to end, including hands-on project management, ad hoc social media consultation, building strategic recommendations.You will be operating as the lead point of contact with the local and international client.

**Previous Work Experience**
- +10 years in a similar role such as account management, account direction, new business, client relationship.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry (not mandatory but it's a plus)
- **High level of English**.
- Team management.
- Must have worked in the Communication, Advertising, Marketing or Publishing Industry.
- Experience in developing digital, social and content strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Operating as the main point of contact for the strategic accounts' stakeholders
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a long-term relationship with the client.
- Overseeing customer account management,
- Invested in ensuring a high-performance team and product aligned to a common purpose.




- Strategic input in digital projects for designated account.
- Monitoring and auditing of Social Media strategies for current client, as part of the continuous optimization process.
- Collaborative work with Operation, Data, Planning and creative areas team.
- Input in the creation of workflows and development of organizational charts for teams and new projects.
- 1:1 meetings with team leaders to ensure alignment in terms of product quality.
- Develop new products for our clients and detect new business opportunities.
