We’re seeking a creative, driven, and culturally attuned Marketing Specialist to lead our growth in the Romanian market.

In this role, you’ll shape our digital voice, execute marketing strategies, and connect with Romanian travelers—supporting our mission: making travel easier for everyone, everywhere. It’s a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can switch between strategic planning and daily execution. You’ll work closely with our Brand & Communication Manager to localize campaigns, manage cross-channel content, and coordinate impactful initiatives—from social media and influencer activations to blog content and events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate, support, and optimize our cross-channel marketing and communications plan.
2. Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Romanian market in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
3. Implement social media strategies for Romania with the Social Media Manager.
4. Plan and organize external events in Romania.
5. Negotiate and monitor agreements with brand ambassadors and influencers, working with the Affiliate Manager.
6. Write, proofread, and edit content for websites, campaigns, blogs, PR, and newsletters.
7. Manage blog content on WordPress with the SEO Manager.
8. Identify growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
9. Oversee the marketing and communication budget for Romania.
10. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
11. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to boost brand awareness.
12. Ensure consistent brand identity across all communications.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in Romanian and Spanish.
• Excellent Romanian writing skills.
• Creative, motivated, and proactive.
• Passionate about travel.
• Organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Knowledge of WordPress and SEO is a plus.

Schedule & Location:

Full-time, flexible hours (7.5 hours/day), 100% remote. Candidates must be residents of Spain with legal work authorization. We also have an office near Torre Agbar in Barcelona for those who prefer working onsite.
