Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Improving efficiency and setting the foundations for the mid-term pillar of growth, the Digital Marketing Analyst is an integral part of the MarTech Department at Treatwell.

This role involves defining the foundation of the marketing analytics process and developing a mid-term plan to address all marketing analytics needs of the company. You will analyze and present large data sets to discover and solve complex business problems, build metrics, and develop business cases around key performance levers to drive optimization and increase conversion.

Responsibilities
  • Define and structure metrics and KPIs for Marketing, working closely with our Analytics Engineering team to build a robust Marketing data source.
  • Proactively collaborate across Marketing to gather measurement requirements and business questions, providing analysis, recommendations, and insights in return.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards on Marketing activities and overall B2C and B2B business performance using our BI tool (Looker), integrating multiple data sources for self-service use by the Marketing team.
  • Measure and model marketing activities to provide actionable insights for future planning, including attribution modeling and campaign performance analysis.
  • Identify key audiences for marketing activities and targeting, ensuring high-standard segmentation models aligned with marketing strategy.
About You
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling.
  • Experience in defining KPIs, gathering business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for data engineering teams.
  • Ability to determine cause and effect for performance changes and communicate solutions effectively, especially regarding digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience exploring customer and market insights, predicting LTV, segmenting audiences, and A/B testing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Looker.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis methods such as regression, clustering, and predictive modeling.
  • Experience working with digital advertising platforms like Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Suite, DSPs, Salesforce, and Braze CRM.
  • A self-starter capable of working autonomously within distributed teams.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and supporting diverse projects and goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to the online beauty industry is a plus.
