What would you do?

As part of our Commercial Finance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations are both strategic and profitable. Your day-to-day will include:

1. Deep-dive analysis of sales performance, margins, and profitability by commercial division, product family, market, and channel
2. Reviewing market reports and comparing trends to our internal data to guide strategic direction
3. Tracking commercial alerts and turning them into real business opportunities
4. Supporting commercial negotiations to drive profitable results
5. Overseeing the performance of the commercial organization, including incentive calculations
6. Creating and managing P&Ls for various business units and monitoring key financial indicators
7. Preparing the commercial division’s budget

Who are we looking for?

You're a results-driven professional with a strong business and analytical background, ready to join an international team and take on new challenges. Ideally, you have:

• A Bachelor's in Business Administration, International Business, or Economics
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English — Dutch and Spanish are a big plus
• Strategic thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the industrial or FMCG sector
• A collaborative attitude and a passion for continuous improvement

Important: work location & relocation requirement

We are hiring either:

• A candidate currently based in Barcelona, who is open to relocating to our office in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands after 1 year,
• OR
• A candidate currently based in the Netherlands, who is willing to work in Barcelona for the first year before continuing in Hoofddorp.
