Our client, a German technology company in the international scale-up phase, is seeking Full-stack engineers with a product mindset and enthusiasm for solving real challenges, automating complex processes with clean, scalable, and intelligent solutions.

Tasks

• Design and develop full-stack features (React, Node, TypeScript)
• Create solutions that automate complex fulfillment processes
• Work in agile squads (5-7 people) with designers, PMs, and other developers
• Review code, test, and continuously deploy (CI / CD, maximum quality)
• Think like an architect : performance, reliability, and user experience
• Mentor more junior profiles and propose ongoing technical improvements

Requirements

• Knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL) and web development best practices
• Comfortable working with Git in collaborative environments and team workflows (pull requests, branches, code reviews)
• Product-driven mindset : you care about the end user and real-world impact
